Day 3- The Gift Gratitude

Updated: Dec 6, 2023

When was the last time you showed appreciation to a friend?

What are you grateful for?

What can you do today to show that you are grateful?

“Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for.”

Epicurus

day 3

If you ask someone what they like about their life, they may take a few moments before answering. But if you ask them what they don’t like or are unhappy about, they’ll most likely within seconds be able to give you a long list.

Today’s Tool is “Gratitude”

By focusing your attention on positive things, more of what you desire will come into your life. Many people spend large amounts of time focusing on what they don’t want rather than on what they do want.

What Does Gratitude Mean?

Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.” –Brian Tracy
